How do I claim a tag?
Open the app, navigate to the claim tab, and scan the QR code sticker on the tag. The tag is instantly transferred to you.
I scanned a tag but nothing happened
- Make sure you're scanning with the BRDGC Tags app, not your phone's default camera.
- Check that you have an internet connection.
- If the QR code is damaged or faded, contact a club admin.
What should I do if I wind up with the same tag?
If you earn the same tag, you can and should scan it again. You'll see a confirmation dialog asking if you earned the tag again. Confirming resets your inactivity timer. If you didn't earn the tag again, don't be a jerk and scan the tag just to make it seem like you aren't hoarding it.
I can't sign in
- Check your email (including spam) for the magic link.
- Make sure you open the link on the same device where you have the app installed.
- Try requesting a new magic link if the previous one expired.
How do I delete my account?
